So the direction MASSForward is going in is to build what I like to call ‘full stack’ MVP’s for entrepreneurs. By full stack, we will deliver the product, initial marketing research, brand assets and pitch deck.
It dawned on me that without agreement on the product from the jump, the development becomes that much tougher.
I decided to develop a pre-kickoff questionnaire to wrap my head around the task at hand. It will go something like this (v.01):
What is XXX?
XXX is a(n) xxx that xxx by xxx.
At it’s core, XXX is all about [ xxx which can be described as xxx ].
Things to note:
The ‘at it core’ line contains an “collection” of business models. Here’s an example.
What is CHNO?
CHNO is an online destination that improves the hackathon experience by providing all the tools to develop, manage and serve a project all within a single entity.
At it’s core, CHNO is all about:
Hackathon events, which can be described as:
Title, location, dates, theme, owner, attendees, hack teams
& Hackers, which can be described as:
Name, email, github account, skill set (i.e. JS, SQL, Photoshop)
& Teams, which can be described as:
& Projects, which can be described as:
Title, development stack
In reading the above, a developer can easily figure out the core feature set and get this program MVP ready.
